All of our items are handmade and unique. That means stock can be limited and original paintings are one-of-a-kind. 

Because all items are handmade and unique, each product may have slight variations.

The items are handmade and unique, and because of that we can be subject to changes in the price of materials. Essential oils used in Aura sprays can vary a lot in price. Unfortunately, this means that sometimes the price of an item can go up.

Yes, all products are including 21% BTW/VAT.

Shipping

Yes, we ship all over the world from the Netherlands. Prices are automatically calculated at check out. Please note that we are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.

The shipping costs vary depending on the weight of your order. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically at the checkout.

Express shipping is possible on request for an added cost, please send an email to connect@birgitteisabella.com.

Sorry to hear that your order has been delayed. Please check the status of your order with the track and trace number provided in your confirmation email. If you have not received your order within 30 days please send an email to connect@birgitteisabella.com.

We do not refund for lost packages but we will do our best to try and track it down for you. In most cases, your parcel has been sent with insurance and you might be eligible for a refund. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier. We can’t cover the costs for resending the package.

Returns

We’re sorry to hear that. Please send an email with a full description and photo’s to connect@birgitteisabella.com.

You have 14 days from the day of receipt to return your unused product in the original undamaged and/or unopened packaging.

Before returning a product send us an email to connect@birgitteisabella.com so we can provide you with a return address and form. Returns without this form are not eligible for refunds.

Please note: we are not able to offer returns on items where you have changed your mind, don’t like the item or for goods that are made to your specifications. We ask that you shop mindfully.

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs of returning your order (unless your order is broken or incomplete in which case please send us an email).

You will be reimbursed within 14 days of receiving your return.
